Taxation – Vocational training law
Purpose : The decree of 27th April 2009 stipulates that companies are obliged to inform their employee committees if they receive a grant in excess of €200,000 or loans or advances in excess of €1.5 million.
Companies with more than 50 employees will have to inform their employee committees if the company receives direct public funding.
It should be noted that the employer must also list in the full annual financial report (companies with fewer than 300 employees) the abovementioned public funding or pecuniary advantages granted to the company by a public person (e.g.: the European Union, the State, a territorial collectivity, etc.) and their position, and must also specify in each case of funding:
- its nature,
- its purpose,
- the amount,
- the conditions of payment and employment set, if applicable, by the public person granting the funding,
- its use (French employment code articles R. 2323-9 and R. 2323-11).
