Division for HR and training grants
The purpose of our Division for HR and Training funding and grantsis to work with companies to help them obtain and optimise funding for the recruitment the recruitment of new employees, and the training of current employees.
We make it possible for you to overcome the complexity of French regulations and access these various programmes.
1. Recruitment grants
AD Consultem has built up more than 15 years of highly specialised expertise in the area of employment funding.
When recruiting a new employee, you can be eligible, on fulfilment of certain conditions, for financial aid that offsets all or part of the first months of salary payments.
These programmes have been put in place by successive governments with a view to boosting employment among people who may be experiencing difficulties in their search for a job. The funding granted to companies changes regularly with Employment Policy. Programmes are removed, to be replaced by new ones.
Funding and grants for recruitment, known as "recruitment subsidies", can come in different forms:
- financial aid paid for a duration of 6 to 24 months, depending on the region and profile,
- a training budget, making it possible to train the employee in his or her position
The programmes can fall within the remit of the Region, Department and/or European Community.
In the vast majority of cases, they make it possible to offset between 1 and 6 months of salary payments.
2. Training grants
a) Financial engineering for training
Given the complexity and the diverse range of grant programmes, and the nature of vocational training regulation which can seem inaccessible to the novice, we provide financial optimisation for your training budgets, and obtain public funding at a European, National and Regional scale.
The State, Regions and the European Commission can then offer access to financial programmes with the purpose of supporting a company's training effort and allowing it to develop the skills of its employees.
You wish to use our services because:
- 1) Your training expenditure is growing year on year, and is paid for with your own funds.
- 2) This year you have put in place an exceptional training programme that exceeds your legal obligations.
- 3) You wish to find funding for APL or other projects.
b) Outsourcing all or part of the administrative management of training
We also offer companies the possibility of outsourcing all or part of the administrative management their training requires, helping them to:
