Recruitment grants
AD Consultem has built up highly specialised expertise in the area of recruitment grants. When you recruit a new employee, you can under certain conditions benefit from financial aid.
Funding and grants for recruitment, known as "Recruitment subsidies", can come in different forms:
- Financial aid paid for a duration of 6 to 24 months,
- a training budget to train the employee in his or her position.
The programmes can fall within the remit of the Region, Department or European Community. In the vast majority of cases, they make it possible to offset between 1 and 6 months of salary payments.
The funding granted to companies changes regularly with Employment Policy. Programmes are removed, to be replaced by new ones.
